Each Eventity Antique Wedding Champagne Display is supplied as a complete styled hire piece, ready to create a statement champagne display at your wedding or event.

Website prices include the listed hire item and stated inclusions only. Delivery and collection are quoted separately based on location, venue access and logistical requirements.

A refundable security deposit is calculated separately according to the items hired and their replacement value. It is refunded after return and inspection, less any applicable deductions for loss, breakage or damage.

A 50% booking payment is required to reserve your items, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

A minimum hire order of R5,000 applies to Eventity hire products, excluding delivery, refundable deposits, stationery and other additional charges.

Website quote requests are preliminary and do not reserve stock. Availability and all final charges will be confirmed in Eventity’s formal quotation.

All Eventity furniture and décor items remain the property of Eventity and are supplied on a hire-only basis.

A 50% booking payment is required to reserve and hold the selected item for your event date. Stock is not considered reserved until the required payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Eventity.

The outstanding booking balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.

The client is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery or collection until they are returned to Eventity or collected by our team.

The client will be liable for any item that is lost, missing, broken, burnt, permanently stained or damaged beyond reasonable hire use. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the refundable security deposit, with any additional amount payable where the cost exceeds the deposit held.

Furniture may not be altered, painted, drilled into, dismantled or permanently fixed to any surface without Eventity’s prior written approval.

Items must be used in a suitable environment and protected from avoidable damage, excessive moisture, rain or unsafe conditions unless the item has specifically been approved for outdoor use.

Any artificial floral arrangements, glassware, styling pieces or other accessories stated as included with a particular furniture item form part of the hired product and must be returned with the item in the same condition in which they were supplied.

Optional extras and special requests must be confirmed before the booking is finalised and remain subject to availability. Colours, finishes, marks and minor imperfections may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings and the age or character of antique and vintage furniture.

A minimum rental order value of R5,000 applies to Eventity hire products. Delivery charges, refundable deposits, stationery and other additional charges do not form part of the minimum rental value.

Submission of a website quote request does not confirm availability or secure a booking. Eventity will review the request and issue a final quotation confirming availability, delivery, deposits and the full booking amount.

Final delivery and collection arrangements, venue access requirements and any applicable setup requirements will be confirmed before the event. All bookings remain subject to Eventity’s full Terms & Conditions, including applicable payment, cancellation, damage and refund provisions.
