Measuring approximately 4.8 × 4.8 m and 7 cm high, the floor can be installed indoors or outdoors on a reasonably firm and level lawn or suitable surface.
Installation and breakdown are included in the hire price.

The standard hire price applies to both indoor and outdoor installations where the surface is reasonably level and suitable for safe installation. Additional levelling, support, substructure or preparation required due to unusual or unsuitable ground conditions may be quoted separately.
Website pricing includes the dance floor hire, installation and breakdown on a suitable surface.
Delivery and collection are calculated separately based on the event location, distance, venue access and logistical requirements and will be confirmed on the final quotation.
A refundable security deposit is calculated separately and will be confirmed on the final quotation. The deposit is refunded once the dance floor has been collected and checked, less any applicable deductions for loss or damage.
A 50% booking payment is required to reserve the dance floor for your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.
A minimum rental order value of R5,000 applies to Eventity hire products. Delivery charges, refundable deposits, stationery and other additional charges do not form part of this minimum.
Website quote requests are preliminary only and do not reserve stock. Eventity will confirm availability, delivery, deposits, installation requirements and the final booking amount before the booking is confirmed.
Eventity dance floors are supplied on a hire-only basis and must be installed and dismantled by Eventity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue permits the installation and that sufficient space, suitable access and an appropriate installation surface are available. The installation area must be reasonably level, firm, stable and suitable for the dance floor. Uneven, sloped, soft or otherwise unsuitable surfaces may require additional preparation, labour or equipment and may incur an additional installation charge. Any known surface or access concerns must be disclosed before the booking is finalised.
For outdoor installations, the dance floor remains subject to suitable weather and ground conditions. Eventity may modify, delay, relocate or decline an installation where conditions could reasonably compromise the safety of guests, suppliers or Eventity's equipment.
Once installed, the dance floor may not be moved, lifted, dismantled, altered or repositioned by the client, venue, guests or other suppliers without Eventity's approval. The dance floor must be used only for its intended purpose. Furniture, equipment, décor or other items that could scratch, puncture, stain or otherwise damage the surface may not be placed on the dance floor without prior approval.
Spills should be cleaned as soon as reasonably possible. Open flames, hot equipment, adhesives, paint, confetti or other materials that may permanently mark or damage the floor are not permitted without Eventity's prior approval.
The client must take reasonable steps to prevent avoidable damage during the hire period and ensure that venue staff and other suppliers are aware of any relevant restrictions.
