The Eventity Antique Letter Desk Wedding Guestbook is supplied as a complete styled writing station and personalised stationery experience.

Included in the 30-guest base package:

• 1 antique letter desk

• 1 coordinating vintage chair

• 1 vase

• 1 artificial flower stem

• 2 decorative books

• 1 gold and glass frame

• 1 gold calligraphy cartridge pen

• 30 envelopes

• 30 personalised postcard-style letter cards

• 15 additional full letter cards for longer messages

Personalised postcard design: The client may provide 4 images of their choice. Eventity will use these images to create four coordinated postcard designs. Each postcard features one of the selected images on the front and lined writing space on the reverse for guests to leave a message.

Available guest quantities:

• 30 guests — R2,100

• 40 guests — R2,250

• 50 guests — R2,400

• 60 guests — R2,550

The four images required for the personalised postcard designs must be supplied by the client within Eventity’s requested production timeframe and must be of sufficient quality for printing. Delays in supplying the images may affect production timelines.

Stationery quantities are increased according to the guest option selected.

Website prices reflect the selected guest quantity and the stated product inclusions only.

Delivery and collection are calculated separately based on the event location, distance, venue access and logistical requirements and will be confirmed on the final quotation.

A refundable security deposit is calculated separately based on the hired furniture and reusable décor items. The deposit will be refunded once all reusable items have been returned and checked, less any applicable deductions for loss or damage.

A 50% booking payment is required to reserve the Letter Desk for your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.

Once the booking payment has been received, Eventity will request the 4 images to be used for your personalised postcard-style letter cards.

A minimum rental order value of R5,000 applies to Eventity hire products. Delivery charges, refundable deposits, stationery and other additional charges do not form part of this minimum.

Website quote requests are preliminary only and do not reserve stock. Eventity will confirm availability, delivery, deposits and the final booking amount before the booking is confirmed.

Eventity letter desk guestbook stations are supplied as complete hire sets, including the furniture, stationery and styling accessories specified in the product description and final quotation.

The client must confirm the expected guest quantity before the booking is finalised to ensure sufficient stationery and materials are prepared.

Included stationery is supplied according to the selected guest quantity. Additional stationery, personalised elements or changes to the standard offering may incur additional charges.

The letter desk must be positioned on a stable, level surface in a suitable, sheltered location. Outdoor use requires prior approval from Eventity, and the desk must be protected from rain, excessive moisture and direct exposure to unsuitable weather conditions.

The desk may not be moved, altered or repositioned after setup without Eventity's approval.

All reusable accessories, including books, frames, vases, artificial floral arrangements and styling items, remain part of the hired set and must be returned. Guest letters, postcards and other designated keepsake stationery are intended for guests and do not need to be returned.

Only the supplied or Eventity-approved writing materials may be used on the desk to prevent ink stains, scratches or other damage to the furniture.

Candles, food, drinks and other items that could damage the antique furniture may not be placed on the desk without prior approval.
