All Eventity printed stationery is produced to order, with a minimum order of 20 units per product design, unless otherwise stated in the product description. To place an order, select your preferred design and quantity, then submit an enquiry with your personalisation requirements.
Eventity will provide a final quotation confirming the order details, pricing, production timeframe and agreed delivery or collection date. Production will begin once the quotation has been accepted, full payment has been received and all required information and design proofs have been approved.
The confirmed production and delivery schedule is based on the agreed order details. Delays in supplying information or approving proofs may affect the agreed delivery date. Any revised arrangements will be communicated to the client.
Orders may be collected by arrangement or delivered via courier. Applicable delivery charges will be confirmed in the final quotation.
Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional charge, which will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Standard personalisation is included where specified. Significant design alterations, additional artwork or changes outside the advertised design may be quoted separately.

The client is responsible for supplying accurate names, wording, dates, menu details and any other information required for personalisation. A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing. The client must carefully check all spelling, wording, layout and personalisation details.
Production will only proceed once final approval has been received. Eventity is not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork supplied or approved by the client. Corrections or reprints requested after final approval may incur additional charges.
