Delivery and collection are quoted separately according to the venue location, access and logistical requirements.

Eventity canopy stations are supplied on a hire-only basis and must be assembled on a reasonably level, stable surface with sufficient space for safe use.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue permits the installation and that suitable access and adequate space are available. The canopy structure may not be moved, dismantled, altered or repositioned after installation without Eventity's prior approval.
For outdoor use, the station must be protected from unsuitable weather conditions, including strong winds and heavy rain. Eventity may delay, modify or decline installation where conditions could compromise safety or damage the hired items.
Food-display stands, serving platters and other supplied accessories form part of the hire package and must be returned with the station.
Catering, food handling, food preparation and the suitability of food for consumption remain the responsibility of the client or their appointed caterer.
Additional decorations, signage, lighting or other items may not be attached to the canopy structure without Eventity's prior approval. All bookings are subject to Eventity's general Terms & Conditions and applicable Delivery, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
